Analytics
The dashboard Analytics page keeps answer delivery, guided-navigation completion, and user feedback as separate signals. It also shows navigation reliability, Tour Strength, and scan coverage without turning them into one synthetic success score.
Prompt outcomes
Use the separate response, guidance and feedback columns to understand what happened. Answers Delivered records delivery, not whether an answer was correct. A navigation offer is not a completed guide, and a guide completion is not proof that a user finished a business task. See Live Guidance & Privacy.
Choose a 7, 30, or 90-day range and optionally filter the prompt table by outcome.
- Total Prompts includes current and legacy rows so the visible population reconciles.
- Answers Delivered counts informational answers, answers with a safe navigation offer, and useful answer-only responses.
- Guidance Completed is client-reported completions divided by started signed sessions.
- Failures includes backend failures only. Canceled requests are best effort and excluded from the failure rate.
- Helpfulness is Helpful ratings divided by all rated answers. Unrated answers are not treated as negative.
The daily trend uses the same full selected window as the cards. Prompt rows use separate Response, Guidance, and Feedback columns. Expand diagnostics to inspect retrieval path, retrieval score, and latency; retrieval score is a retrieval diagnostic, not an answer-quality grade.
Historical rows without the current outcome fields are labeled Unknown. Navieo never guesses a semantic outcome for those rows.
Navigation reliability
This section measures the deterministic-navigation lifecycle independently of answer delivery:
- Offer Rate — signed offers divided by eligible offer decisions.
- Guidance Completed — client-reported completions divided by sessions started in the selected window.
- Arrival Highlights — passive final-target highlights launched; this is narrower than completion.
- Edge Unavailable — continuation receipts reporting that a verified control could not be used.
- Terminated — stopped, timed-out, off-track, and otherwise terminated sessions.
Breakdowns show terminal reasons, phase rejections, deterministic versus ambiguous destination decisions, and whether request-time observations were present, absent, or discarded. Completion and termination are best-effort client signals, not server-authoritative proof of a business action.
Tour Strength and coverage
Tour Strength and route/element coverage describe the scanned model, not user outcomes. Use these diagnostics to find missing routes, weak descriptions, and unstable selectors. A strong scan can improve retrieval and planning, but it does not mean every answer was helpful or every guidance session completed.
Privacy
Only authorized app members can read prompt text. Analytics responses omit answer text, routes, selectors, session identifiers, provider errors, and internal diagnostics. A protected daily job works toward a 90-day prompt/navigation retention target in bounded batches; operators monitor and continue any reported backlog.
